1. Security - the first time you use this form we require you to register in order that we may protect your privacy and ensure that you do not receive Spam Mail from hoaxers falsely submitting your name.  

Upon registration, an automatic email will be generated requesting you to confirm registration with the Reminder service. Follow the instructions in this mail to activate your account. Reminder messages are only generated for confirmed accounts! Unconfirmed accounts are automatically deleted within a few weeks.

2. Sign In - you can sign in with your ID and Password as soon as you register.

3. Set Up Your Reminders - after you sign in you will be presented with a choice of Recurring Reminders or Single Reminder.   Simply make your choice, click the button, then Forget all about it until Your Reminder lands in Your Mailbox at Your Chosen Time.
